RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 

Thank you for shopping with Mamazee, We hope you and your little one love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, items must be returned within 14 days

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition

Free from stains (including food, milk, or any marks)

Free from damage or alterations

With all original tags attached

Due to hygiene standards, worn items will not be accepted.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be declined and returned to the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Socks

Tights

Hair accessories

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Items purchased using a promotional code

These items are not eligible for store credit.

3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at Hello@mamazeechildrenswear.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your email must include:

Full name

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Standard delivery charges will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

Express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
